FAQ

Good questions, straight answers.

The basics

What is CallSight?

CallSight is AI coaching for sales calls. Every call your team makes is captured, transcribed, scored on the five stages of a sale and turned into specific coaching for the rep — about 90 seconds after they hang up.

Managers get a briefing on where the team stands and what to work on. Everyone gets Oz, an AI coach that has heard every call and can answer questions about any of them.

Do my reps need to install anything?

No. Calls arrive from your recorded line or phone system on their own — reps just make calls the way they do today. They open CallSight when they want their feedback, or want to ask Oz something.

How long does setup take?

Most of setup is connecting your phone line. After that there is nothing to install and nothing to train: your glossary, your sales method and your own scoring rules can be added at any time, and every call from then on uses them.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. CallSight runs in the browser on phone and desktop, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.

What does it cost?

Simple per-rep pricing, quoted on the demo once we know your team size and how you sell. There is no long implementation project to pay for.

Calls and scoring

Which phone systems and CRMs does it work with?

Today: recorded mobile lines, with call summaries synced to monday.com. Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings are next on the list.

Using a different phone system or CRM? Tell us on the demo — we add connections in the order customers ask for them.

How is a call scored?

Each sales call gets a score from 0 to 10, built from five stages: the opening, discovery, value, handling objections, and the close. Discovery and the close carry the most weight, because that is where deals are won or lost.

Alongside the score you get how much of the call the rep talked, how the customer’s mood moved, whether a clear next step was set, and how the call ended.

Can we score calls our own way?

Yes. Managers write their own rules in plain words — for example, “never quote price before recapping the client’s goal” — and every call is graded by them. You can also load your sales method or course, and both the scoring and Oz will follow it.

What languages does it support?

Hebrew and English. Add a glossary — product names, places, the words your team actually uses — and CallSight uses it to spell them right.

What about calls that aren’t sales calls?

CallSight recognizes them — a quick service call, a supplier, a wrong number — and doesn’t score them, so they never drag a rep’s average down.

How does it know if a next step was set?

From the call itself, and from what happens right after. If the rep books the follow-up in your CRM, or calls the lead back within a day, the call counts as having a next step — even if the date wasn’t said out loud.

What if a call fails to process?

Every step retries on its own and is safe to run again, so nothing is lost or duplicated. If something keeps failing — or your line goes quiet for two working days — we’re alerted and on it.

Oz, the AI coach

What can I ask Oz?

Anything about your calls: how a specific call went, what a client said about price, who is still waiting for a call back, or what to work on this week. Oz understands “yesterday” and “on Wednesday”, finds a client by a name spelled three different ways or by phone number, and links every answer to the calls it is based on.

Can Oz coach by our sales method?

Yes. Load your playbook or sales course, and Oz coaches by it — and can point you to the lesson an answer came from.

Can I talk to Oz instead of typing?

Yes. Tap the microphone and speak; the text appears in the box so you can check it before it’s sent.

Privacy and security

Who can listen to the recordings?

Only people in your company with access. Recordings play through short-lived signed links and are never available at a public address.

Where is our data stored?

In the EU, in Frankfurt. Each company’s data is isolated in the database itself, not just hidden in the app. More on the security page.

Do AI providers train on our calls?

No. We send audio and transcripts to OpenAI (transcription and search) and Anthropic (analysis and Oz) through their business APIs, which do not use your data to train their models.

How long do you keep recordings?

Recordings are deleted automatically after a set retention period, which we agree with you. Transcripts and scores stay, so your history and trends survive.

Is it legal to record sales calls?

Recording rules depend on where you and your customers are — some places require everyone on the call to agree. Most teams have the rep say up front that the call is recorded. We’ll go through your setup on the demo, but this isn’t legal advice — check the rules that apply to you.
