Terms of use

These terms apply to this website and to the CallSight service, built and operated by Automatic, in Israel. Customers using the service also sign an order or agreement with us; where it differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

The service

CallSight captures sales calls from the phone line or system a customer connects, transcribes and analyzes them with AI, and presents scores, coaching notes, a manager briefing and an AI coach. CallSight is in private beta: features may change, and we may add or remove them as the product develops.

Your responsibilities

• Recording consent. You are responsible for recording calls lawfully, including telling the people you call that a call is recorded wherever the law requires it.
• Accounts. Keep your login details safe, and give access only to people in your organization who should have it.
• Acceptable use. Don’t use CallSight to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to access another customer’s data or disrupt the service.

Your data

Your calls and everything derived from them belong to you. You give us permission to process them only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.

AI output

Scores, summaries and coaching are produced by AI. They are usually useful and sometimes wrong — a misheard name, a missed nuance. Treat them as coaching input, not as a record you rely on for legal, employment or financial decisions without checking the recording.

Fees

Paid plans are billed per the order you agree with us. Pilots and beta access may be offered on different terms, which we will confirm in writing.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep CallSight running and to fix problems quickly, but the service is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop using CallSight at any time. When an account is closed, we delete its recordings and data within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep something.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, unless a customer agreement says otherwise.
