Privacy policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
This policy explains what personal information CallSight (“we”, “us”) handles, why, and what choices you have. CallSight is built and operated by Automatic, in Israel.
Two kinds of data
Customer data. When a business uses CallSight, the recordings, transcripts, analyses and contact details of its calls belong to that business. We process them only on its behalf and on its instructions, to provide the service. If you were on a call with one of our customers and have a question about your data, please contact that business first; we will help them respond.
Data about you as a visitor or user. If you request a demo, we collect the email address you give us and the page or campaign you came from. If you use the CallSight app, we keep your name, email, role and the questions you ask Oz.
What we use it for
- To capture, transcribe, analyze and score calls, and to answer questions about them.
- To sync call summaries to tools our customer connects, such as a CRM.
- To send the alerts a customer turns on, such as new-lead messages.
- To keep the service working: monitoring, troubleshooting and security.
- To reply to a demo request. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run CallSight, each bound to process data only for us: Supabase (database and storage, EU — Frankfurt), OpenAI (transcription and search), Anthropic (analysis and the Oz coach), Vercel (app hosting) and Cloudflare (website hosting). If a customer connects monday.com or turns on WhatsApp alerts, data flows there too. The full list is on our security page. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Call recordings are deleted automatically after a retention period agreed with each customer. Transcripts and analyses are kept for as long as the customer’s account is active, and deleted when the customer asks or leaves. Demo requests are kept until we no longer need them to follow up.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each customer’s data is isolated at the database level, and access to recordings uses short-lived signed links. Details are on the security page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to how it is used. To exercise these rights, reach us through the demo request form on our homepage and tell us what you need; we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, for customers, let you know before the change takes effect.
